What foods or nutritional supplements help to improve concentration and / or help increase attention span?
I'm 49 and it becomes increasingly difficult to concentrate on one task for any significant length of time. The following basic information may be useful: I live with depression since my 20-year midterm, and I tried several SSRI, without any improvement, although counseling helped some and I attend meetings of the support group as needed. I think my depression and inability to concentrate may be linked.
