The Mobile DwellingUnit (MDU) is "a shipping container transformed into a dwelling that nevertheless retains the attributes of a shipping container, i.e. it remains shippable." It is a "discreet mobile element" that can be moved around the globe, to anywhere with that can receive standard shipping containers. It's full-service interior includes push-out elements with space for sleeping, storage, eating, bathing, and cooking; these elements can be pushed smoothly back into the container when the occupant moves and needs to ship his or her living space along. Consider the MDU a trailer home for travelling between global villages.LOT/EK: Mobile Dwelling Unit, the book, will not only document the MDU concept but will provide greater understanding of the work's cultural and social context with essays by leading architectural critics, theorists, historians, and practitioners. What are some flat belly foods?

I am 13 years old. I am working out from workouts in a magazine article from "Seventeen" and they are talking about flat belly foods ... I do not understand all this crap about protein and yeah ... and I do not care. Could you please list what are some flat belly foods that are easy to make and that a 13 year old would like and could make by herself on a daily basis? And how much water should I drink a day? Any other tips. I need to lose some weight by Summer.

Eat a lot of veggies (3-5 servings), fruits (2-3 servings), and whole grains (6-11 servings). Also make sure you exercise for half an hour at least three times a week. Drink eight glasses of water a day. Also do not forget that protein (meat, fish, nuts, beans) and dairy (skim milk is best) are very important, especially since you're 13 and need calcium for healthy bones throughout your life. Try to avoid eating too many refined carbohydrates (white bread, starchy potatoes, etc..). Flat belly foods' mainly include anything you'd find in a salad, but try to get a variety of healthy foods in your diet instead of just lettuce and celery. Good luck!

I know that more than 90% of food we eat today is all processed food, and the more that I know about it, the more sick I get. I want to start eating healthier, tasty food, that is not processed or at least processed too much? How long does the effect of cocaine your heart?

I have been clean for almost 4 days, but continue to have chest pains and my left side of my chest (heart) is pumping hard, I also read that cocaine makes the left side your contract of heart ... He has been doing a little better but I feel pain in my left side. I took an EKG and said my heart was beet fine and my blood pressure was fine but the pain on the left side did not leave ... Should I go to the hospital or just wait until the end?

I do most of my research from books and publications, and by conducting interviews with specialists in whatever fields my story will touch upon. One of my assistants is on-line, and in a pinch, if I can't turn up a fact I need, she can get it for me. As a high-school and college student, I hated research and libraries. I always shamelessly made up the facts in reports that I wrote, and cited nonexistent books by nonexistent writers in my footnotes. And I always got away with it! But as a novelist, I've been surprised to find that I greatly enjoy doing research. Is not eating, causing my friend to not sleep that much as well?

My friend started this workout plan w/ her personal trainer at her gym. But all I see her eat is power bars and fruitsnacks. Nothing to much that qualifies for an actual meal. She has been working out ALOT, and she has lost a significant amount of weight which is good but she is not that fat to begin with. Im afraid she is over doing it because of stressful events in her life that have occured, mainly a guy problem. She actually went to a doctor 2 weeks ago for her sleeping disorder because she is only getting 2-3 hours a night of sleep. What is wrong with her? She is trying to be all healthy but many friends see and feel she is not eating that well and not eating is making her not sleep. What can she do to get over this? You Diet
Can you help me find a healthy diet plan?

So I have been eating so unhealthy lately! And I don't like it cause it has made me gain weight! But every time I try to stick to a new healthy eating plan, I always give up after like 2 days! Can you help me stick to a diet plan cause track is coming up and I want to eat better. So what do you think I should do? Please help!

Btw I am 13 and I don't want to go on like weight watchers, I just want to have better eating habits!

I guess it depends why you find it difficult to stick to a diet plan. Do you get hungry. Do you get bored so you start eating? Do you still have unhealthy food in the house? Do you have cravings for cakes, and cookies!?

It's all down to you. Remove all temptations and change your lifestyle. Don't view it as a diet, but a change that you are going to eat healthily from now on. It's not so hard. Search out exotic fruits!! Eat lean meat, lots of fish to choose from, fresh veg, fresh nuts etc
