Science Emergent

I wonder if religious people have heard of emergence or emergent phenomena?
I often encounter the argument religious / spiritual "people that the universe is so complex it must have been designed by something. Never heard of it? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emergence "In philosophy, systems theory and science, emergence refers to the way complex systems and patterns arise from multiplicity of relatively simple interactions. Emergence is central to theories of levels of integration and complex systems.
I wonder if you know that religious people have no idea of what critical thinking and investigation, much less what philosophy ... much less analytical philosophy ... not to mention what the metaphysical ... not to mention that the debate on the emergence, reduction, complexity, etc. .. is! Therefore it is better that we "eliminate" rather than "reduce" their influence on intelligence Human. Edit - keep the thumbs down, because if you embrace inconsistency and contradiction when you're not a philosopher! you're just a metaphorical "thumbs down "! lol! Where are all the Christian response ... LMAO! Silence speaks louder than words, I think its not indifferent this furiously searching for their dictionaries! LMAO .... pathetic! Edit 2 - MR K. .. you have no real concept of probability when it comes to the universe ... Our calculations are based on probabilistic induction enumaritive (experience of past events) .. How many universes past, Have you lived to be able to say how unlikely our "finely tuned" Change settings are ...??? 3 - PAULFMRT ... There is nothing that could support the idea that the Precambrian explosion is an example of strong emergence ... also basing your definition of emergence With a definition that explains the strong emergence is of course impossible, is a circular argument of evolutionary theory and paleobiology, sciences and geosciences evolution can account for the dynamic expansion and extinction of species. What is more intruiging is evoltuion or intelligence or cognition homonid, but again the field of evolutionary psychology and social cognition can account for this Science .... It is much ahead of any form of early skepticism fueled by those who are consciously or unconsciously pushing agendas mystical and supernatural. EDIT 4 - S MARTIN - You obviously dont understand the theory of evolution, because as most zealots OT you assume that things happen just with lightning ... Is this the way tou think the trend is ... The science of Abiogenisis provides good Empirical evidence .. advances in computer along with cognitive science and artificial intelligence, etc. .. will one day demysitfy the human mind .... Patience is a virtue, is not it?? (Do not say he is a Christian virtue, because we all know that Xians have no monopoly of virtue or morality ... it belongs to all human beings) Ironic how the theory of evolution also shows how plausbly is that humans have developed the tendency to project the "intentionality" on the world ... Therefore, if the universe was able to talk ... she would pass the Turing test "(* sigh *)... I said philosopher has been properly educated / scientist can believe in religious dogma and are not weak enough to fall for the remnant of the natural evolution of a desire to believe in higher powers and green pastures! EDIT 5 - Mr K! "It seems fairly certain that all these important things work quite right" ... ""??... important it does not seem that you're ready to indulge your sense of unreality ... What is the "principle man? - We are here to attend what is called "importance" of the universe, because if the parameters were otherwise, we are not here to project anything about our universe and even less "important"! Human life is precious subjectively speaking yes! ... but speaking cosmological ... so you judge? ... but remember and never forget the virtues of critical analysis of personal bias (wishful thinking) cos that's what come a philosopher! religious attention (Pseudo-scientists/philosophers FOLK AKA) GIVE IT UP ALL READY! Jeez .... Faith is almost only legitimate reason for your faith in God! stick to it, if you desire and can not bear to be without God ... otherwise leave philosophy to those who have no interest in anything, but are still asking questions and seeking answers ... BEFORE they are ready FORM belief and engraved in stone! (No apologies for the rant!)
